  • Assist with disputes arising out of regulatory compliances with SEBI.

  • Extensive experience dealing with regulators in the electricity sector both in the renewable and non-renewable energy space, in proceedings before the state and central regulatory commissions, the High Courts in Bengaluru, Mumbai and New Delhi and the Supreme Court.
  • Expertise in the area of competition law and represent the Competition Commission of India in a number of extremely contentious and high stakes matters.

  • Significant experience challenging constitutionality of enactments and representing clients against governmental agencies in writ proceedings across the High Courts in Bengaluru, Mumbai and New Delhi and in the Supreme Court.
  • Particular expertise representing clients in matters involving public tenders, education, animal rights and transportation.

  • Represent both complainants and accused in prosecuting/defending charges relating to commission of economic offences, offences against the body and offences against property before various courts and investigative authorities in India.
