Proven Experience, Outstanding Results

We provide end-to-end technology services that cover every aspect of the dispute resolution process. Our offerings include:

Technology Intermediaries & Platform Regulation
We act for digital platforms, aggregators, OTT services, and e-commerce companies in regulatory and constitutional litigation concerning intermediary status, content regulation, platform liability, blocking actions, and the rules and schemes governing their operations across jurisdictions in India.
The Firm has one of India’s most active online gaming practices, acting for the country’s largest gaming federation and several market-leading operators in constitutional, regulatory, taxation, and intellectual property mandates. The team has appeared in some of the largest tax demands ever made on an industry by Indian authorities, and in landmark constitutional challenges to State and Central legislation regulating online games.
We act for software, hardware, and technology licensing businesses in disputes arising out of licence agreements, copyright and trademark infringement, design rights, and the enforcement of contractual technology rights — including in domestic and institutional arbitrations and in proceedings before specialised IP and commercial benches.
We advise and represent companies in disputes alleging breach of confidentiality, misuse of trade secrets, and breach of restrictive covenants by departing employees and counterparties.
As India’s data protection and intermediary regimes evolve, we advise digital businesses on the disputes-related implications of these frameworks and represent them in regulatory litigation arising out of data protection requirements, intermediary obligations, and content moderation mandates.
